This one was actually in great condition when came in sporting a running 5th gen LT1 but had a 8L90 with internal issues. Rather than repair or replace the trans the client opted to swap the whole combo over to a 6.0L/6L90 with 823 heads and LSA. We replaced the drivetrain, upgraded the fuel system, adapted the new LS Speed Engineering headers to the existing stainless exhaust, and switched the engine management over to a Holley Term X Max with DBW. Then added lots of gold plated parts in the engine bay to match the exterior theme including the CTSV Lid, Wegner valve covers, radiator hold down, CVF front accessory drive and hood hinges, among other parts.
